5:00 PM - 6:00 PM    Pickleball Lessons Winter - Indoor, Beginner Adults - Pickleball Lessons, Indoor Wednesdays PM Class #2
Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the USA.  It's a fun sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong.  The game is played with a paddle and plastic ball perforated with holes (whiffle ball).  Our lessons will start you on the road to learning and enjoying this fun sport.  Lessons will run in 4 week sessions.  Our indoor program has a maximum of 8 people per class and will be held at the Westbrook Town Hall in the multi-purpose room.Class canceled on February 17, make up class on March 4th

Learn Yoga techniques and practices to use throughout your life to stay fit, calm and balanced.  You will learn how to start at you own level and to modify the postures to make Yoga work for you.  All levels and abilities are welcome.Yoga Instructor Michelle Bailey has more than 27 years teaching experience.  Along with being a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, Michelle is also a certified personal trainer, group instructor and meditation teacher.  Her background in mindfulness and movement-based practices will provide participants the ability to tap into their inner strengths and develop habits for life long wellness.Please Note: No class March 4th
