Learn Yoga techniques and practices to use throughout your life to stay fit, calm and balanced. You will learn how to start at you own level and to modify the postures to make Yoga work for you. All levels and abilities are welcome.
New Yoga Instructor Michelle Bailey has more than 27 years teaching experience. Along with being a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, Michelle is also a certified personal trainer, group instructor and meditation teacher. Her background in mindfulness and movement-based practices will provide participants the ability to tap into their inner strengths and develop habits for life long wellness.
New Day: Wednesdays 10-11am
General Information
- This class will teach proper stretching, core and strength building and improve posture.
- Relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques will be covered.
- All levels and abilities are welcome.
- Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a sweater, shawl or small blanket for the relaxation portion of class
