Participants must have a solid understanding of the rules and basic strategies of the game as well as being able to keep score.  This is not an instructional program. A maximum of 35 players will be allowed to register.  Non-residents will only be allowed if there are spots available two weeks prior to the start of the program.
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM	Free Summer Concerts - 2026 - COVER TO COVER, 60's to 90's Dance Rock Music Each year The Westbrook Recreation Board schedules many different bands to perform FREE concerts every Friday night.  These concerts provide a wonderful way for families to come together and enjoy different varieties of music.  We do our best to pick bands that will appeal to all generations and play all different types of music.  Feel free to bring a pizza, dinner or snack and enjoy this wholesome experience.  Don't forget your chair or blanket!Please do not bring alcohol or pets.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM	Yoga for a Healthy Life, Wednesday Class - Yoga for a Healthy Life, Summer #2 Learn Yoga techniques and practices to use throughout your life to stay fit, calm and balanced.  You will learn how to start at you own level and to modify the postures to make Yoga work for you.  All levels and abilities are welcome.Yoga Instructor Michelle Bailey has more than 27 years teaching experience.  Along with being a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, Michelle is also a certified personal trainer, group instructor and meditation teacher.  Her background in mindfulness and movement-based practices will provide participants the ability to tap into their inner strengths and develop habits for life long wellness.

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM	Free Summer Concerts - 2026 - BLONDIE & BEYOND, Heart, Benatar & Blondie Each year The Westbrook Recreation Board schedules many different bands to perform FREE concerts every Friday night.  These concerts provide a wonderful way for families to come together and enjoy different varieties of music.  We do our best to pick bands that will appeal to all generations and play all different types of music.  Feel free to bring a pizza, dinner or snack and enjoy this wholesome experience.  Don't forget your chair or blanket!Please do not bring alcohol or pets.
