This class is for adult men and woman of any physical ability.  Included will be moderate weight lifting and muscle toning with intermittent cardio bursts and core training.Instructor: Emily Rockwell, Certified Group Exercise InstructorPlease Note: No Class March 28th, May 9th - Spring #1 is nine classes.  June 27th will be the last class until we restart in September.

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM    Boating Certification Course - Boat Certification. Session 2
1-Day Combination Safe Boating & Personal Watercraft Safety CertificationA complete, updated safe boating certification course taught in one (8 hour) day.  This class includes the newest requirement for towing skiers and tubes and is an easy to understand format designed for students age 12 and over.  PRIOR TO TAKING THIS CLASS each student should create an account online at https://ct.aspirafocus.com/internetsales and click the START button.  Create an account if you don't already have one and then print the page that includes your Conservation ID number and bring it to class.  Once we have entered your score in the DEEP system you will use your account to purchase and print the certificate after class.
