Westbrook Recreation wants to make sure that every child has a fun, safe and happy Halloween. So, we want to invite everyone to come in costume for our eighteenth annual Halloween Bash!!!
The event will be held outside unless it rains.
General Information
- We will have popcorn, rides, games and candy prizes for all the children who are in attendance, along with some funny characters.
