This program will be an introduction to field hockey basics. Participants will learn the rules of the game and how to pass, dribble and shoot. This program will be a fun introduction to an amazing international sport!

- Girls are welcome to bring their own sticks, but sticks, balls and mouth guards will be available for use during the program.
- Please send your child with shin guards to help prevent injury.
